How do I report a building code / code enforcement violation?

How do I schedule a building inspection?

To schedule an inspection, please call the inspection hotline at (727)398-3110. Inspections must be called in by 2:00 PM to receive a next day inspection (excluding weekends and holidays). Inspections called in after 2:00 PM Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, will be scheduled for Tuesday.

How do I apply online for a building permit? (Window/door replacements, A/C replacement, reroof, electrical upgrade, water heater)
