Group Fitness Classes

Get Fit Pass:

$32.00 Month for Members

 

$48.00 Month for Non-Members

One monthly payment and attend as many group fitness classes as you'd like.

All classes listed below with an (**) next to it qualify for the Get Fit Pass.

Pure Pilates**

This mat-based class incorporates use of stability and Pilates balls, light weights and a Pilates ring.

Fit Forever**

This one-hour workout includes 45 minutes of cardiovascular activity that will increase your blood flow, range of motion, energy and overall fitness.

Step-tastic**

This high intensity, low impact workout targets your legs, upper body and core. Try it with or without a step.

Full Body Fitness**

This class combines a variety of cardio, core, weighted and body exercises for a true “Full Body” workout.

This class offers an aerobic, strength and toning workout all while on the bike.

Stretch & Strength Yoga**

This hatha yoga class uses fluid poses to bring strength, length and energy to the body while incorporating stress reducing breath work.

This evening hatha yoga class aims to strengthen and lengthen the body with stress reducing breath work and relaxation to wind down.

Line Dancing (does not qualify for the Get Fit Pass)

Combine exercise and dance in this fun, rhythmic class. Step-by-step instruction will guide you through some of the most infamous dances.
