One monthly payment and attend as many group fitness classes as you'd like.

Pure Pilates**

This mat-based class incorporates use of stability and Pilates balls, light weights and a Pilates ring.

Fit Forever**

This one-hour workout includes 45 minutes of cardiovascular activity that will increase your blood flow, range of motion, energy and overall fitness.

Step-tastic**

This high intensity, low impact workout targets your legs, upper body and core. Try it with or without a step.

Kickboxing HIIT**

This class incorporates components of martial arts and kickboxing in a high intensity workout.

Classic indoor cycling with periods on and off the bike including resistance exercises for a bootcamp twist.
