Fiscal Year Budget in Brief

Comprehensive Annual Financial Report

  • Finance: The Finance Section, under the direction of the Department of Administration, is charged with the administration of the financial affairs of the city, such as Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivable and Payroll. Finance is also responsible for the identification and development of fiscal policies, and practices to enhance the public benefit.
  • Risk Management: This section is responsible for the provision and promotion of an effective program to protect all City assets from loss or damage, including both property and people.
  • MIS: This section is responsible for managing the management information system for the City. Activities include the purchase and upkeep of equipment along with the maintenance of the city networks, e-mail, and web pages.
